At the moment I am working with following "foodie" projects:

  • Researching how to give best culinary education to Baby R and developing his palate
  • Get better at eating vegetables
  • Be better at food styling and photography 
  • Explore and learn more about Danish seasonal fish (Still so much to discover ;))
  • Master croissants (I am getting closer- yey :D)
  • Sourdough for white bread (Currently, my newest "sourdough family" member is really teasing me :S ) (April 2017 update: after long struggle, we are sad to announce that this newest member of "sourdough family" decided to leave us :( )
  • Continue with Oister mushrooms growing project on coffee crumbs
